President Obama delivered the commencement at the University of Michigan, stressing the need to open up to opposing views. Perhaps he should practice what he preaches. “[T]he practice of listening to opposing views is essential for effective citizenship. It’s essential for our democracy.”

The President’s practice of ignoring the facts in lieu of ridicule, demonizing, and isolation are just the opposite of what he wants from everyone else.
